Ecocell Evacuation Lift Installation at Ash Lea Special school in Cotgrave Nottinghamshire. The Lift Installation was part of a newly built section of the school and runs two floors, the Ecocell is unique in its ability to allow approx 120 floor-to-floor runs on its lithium-ion battery packs during a power outage with the ability to prioritise disabled users with a swipe card entry system.

The battery backup system means the Ecocell® will continue to run in the event of a power failure. As an evacuation lift, it will do over 100 journeys on battery power alone
